If you're not fully happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery—no stress. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, please contact our team and we’ll guide you through our returns portal. Please note: returns processed outside our official portal cannot be accepted.

A £3.00 return fee will be deducted from your total refund.

🔍 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can make it right.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

We do not offer refunds due to shipping time delays. Shipping details are clearly provided on each product and policy page.
However, you’re still welcome to return the item for a refund once received, following our return guidelines.

🔄 Exchanges

Need something different? The quickest way to exchange is to return the original item, then place a new order once your return is accepted.

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you’re entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Banks and payment processors may take additional time to post the refund.

If the returned item is damaged or has visible wear, a deduction may apply to cover loss in value.
