All standard orders (without Priority Processing) are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

🔎 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel anytime via Royal Mail:

Please allow up to 1–2 business days after dispatch for tracking updates to appear.

❌ Order Cancellations & Address Changes

If you need to cancel your order or update your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
Cancellations requested after this timeframe cannot be guaranteed.

A small processing fee of £0.60 will apply to any cancelled order.

📭 Failed Deliveries & Returns

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, absent receiver, or refusal to collect, it will be returned to us at the customer’s expense.

This includes:

• Shipping costs

• Any duties or taxes incurred during transit

These charges will be deducted from the refund total.

If you'd like your parcel re-shipped due to an incorrect address, a new shipping fee will be required to resend the package.
